What started as a small family contracting business has grown into something deeper- a working farm, a garden center, and a gathering place for neighbors who care about where their food and plants come from. For over three decades, we've been guided by the same belief: that beautiful, functional outdoor spaces and a healthy local environment aren't separate goals. They're the same one.

Building something lasting
from the ground up.
For over 20 years we've been quietly working to turn our small corner of Gaithersburg into a self-sustaining farm.. one that gives back as much as it takes. That means making our own soils from local wood chips, fallen leaves, and compost. It means greenhouses warmed by the repurposed water barrels, not a thermostat. It means finding a use for every material before it becomes waste. On our farm, there are many ways to reuse and recycle materials - we find joy in giving it new life!
We farm this way because we believe the health of the land and the health of the community are the same thing. When soil is built with care, it grows food that nourishes families. When materials are reused and waste is reduced, the neighborhood is better for it. When a farm operates with integrity, it becomes something people can trust and return to, season after season.
